  2. Print your Certificate of Completion using the link that should have appeared after you passed the Final Exam.
  3. You can download and print the Student Handbook for your reference here. The password to open the file is ALESWA .

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CERTIFICATE IS NOT A LICENSE TO SERVE ALCOHOL. It certifies that you have successfully completed the ALES alcohol server class. Though not an official license to serve alcohol, it certifies that you have successfully completed the Mandatory Alcohol Server Training course provided by ALES Alcohol Server Education. If you entered the required information for your actual server’s permit on the ALES website you will receive your MAST permit within 30 days, but usually it arrives within the week.
