Once you purchase the class, there are three easy steps: 

  1. Complete the three-hour ALES course, including passing the state standardized exam, within 30 days.
  2. Immediately print a temporary certificate if you wish (optional).
  3. Receive your Washington alcohol server permit (MAST permit) in the mail within a week.
